Inclement Weather Information
OPEN – NORMAL RENTAL SCHEDULE
As an indoor sports facility, we make every attempt to stay open in all weather conditions.
Our facility does not follow any of the city or county or recreational programs or school cancellation policies.
Any decisions of closing will not be made more than two-four hours ahead of a predicted snow event. These closing decisions are not taken lightly nor are these decisions made days ahead of a predicted snow event.
If a decision is made to close due to snow, we post the closings and delays on this website AND we notify the specific rentals scheduled for that day of the closings and or delays. It is then the specific group, coaches, teams, and leagues responsibility to notify their families, players, and teams of any delays and closings.
If our facility remains open and you feel that it is unsafe to travel and will not be coming for your rental, please contact us immediately of that decision so that we know you and your group are not coming.
Refunds are not given for cancelling when Goals Baltimore is open for business.
If Goals Baltimore is closed for an inclement weather decision, you will not be charged for that rental during the closed time.
We will do our best to reschedule your time and work with you in an attempt to reschedule, however, a make-up date is not guaranteed as we are already booked for the busy indoor winter season.
