Howard County Recreation and Parks offers coed Flag football leagues three seasons a year. Each season is 8-10 week sessions. The leagues are designed to provide a “Good Sports” atmosphere, providing beginner to advance players the opportunity to learn and enhance techniques and fundamentals of the game through practice and league style games. Programs consist of 40 to 50-minute games of 5-on-5 non-contact football. Ages are: 5-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15. For the spring and fall seasons, players have one weeknight practice for one hour between 5:30-8:00pm at a local school field depending on section registration, team placement, and coach’s availability. All games are on Saturday at Hollifield Station E.S.
The winter league meets only on Saturday or Sunday, depending on registration, all games are played at GOALS in Catonsville. * CLEATS ARE NOT ALLOWED INDOORS AT GOALS BALTIMORE – only sneakers
